TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Legal name: STAR LIMO PARTY BUS, LLC
ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND WEAPONS. Star Limo Party Bus will strictly enforce federal laws and will maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, they can seize and forfeit this vehicle to a local government agency. Therefore, no person will bring contraband aboard vehicles that are owned and operated by Star Limo Party Bus.
SMOKING. There isNO SMOKINGallowed in the bus
DEPOSIT. All deposits are non refundable.
CANCELLATION. The purchaser is fully responsible to pay the total amount if the booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to the event.
PAYMENT. The purchaser is responsible for the payment of the total amount, via credit card or cash.
If the purchaser cannot provide payment at the time of the pickup, Star Limo Party Bus will not start the job. Therefore, the risk of not getting paid will give us the right to cancel. The purchaser is still fully responsible to pay the total amount if he fails to provide the above requirements.
GRATUITY. A 20% voluntary driver gratuity will be added to the cost of your rental.
ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES. The purchaser agrees to pay any additional charges incurred such as overtime, mileage (if applicable), tolls, or parking fee. At the purchaser request, Star Limo Party Bus will provide an itemized invoice describing in detail each additional fee and the cost associated with such.
ARRIVAL TIME. Star Limo Party Bus shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control.
SAFETY. Star Limo Party Bus will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion, at a standstill or entering and exiting vehicle. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests.
Star Limo Party Bus driver and/or employee reserves the right to eject any individual(s) whom they deem to be disruptive, intoxicated, to pose a safety threat to themselves or to others, or deemed to be using an illegal substance.
By signing up for and participating in the ride the individual agrees that he/she, if intoxicated, will not operate a motorized vehicle after leaving the party bus. By signing up for and participating in the ride, the individual agrees that Star Limo Party Bus employees are not responsible for any claims for injuries, loss, damage, death, liability, criminal or civil litigation for the participating individual arising out of or relating to a ride.
LOST ITEMS. Star Limo Party Bus recommends that all and any personal values be removed from the vehicle when unattended. Star Limo Party Bus will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles.
DAMAGE OR THEFT. Any damage to the interior or exterior of the bus or equipment that is caused by an individual riding in the vehicle is the responsibility of said individual, and said individual is liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of the Star Limo Party Bus service due to such damage.
CLEANING CHARGE. $150 extra charges may be imposed for excessive mess left behind by passengers, this includes excessive trash, beer cans, bottles, etc. Please help to avoid cleaning charges by removing your trash at the end of your event.
BIO HAZARD OR BODILY FLUID CLEAN UP. There will be $250 charge per incident; NO EXCEPTIONS and this charge will be billed to the credit card on file.
PROVIDER SAFETY. Star Limo Party Bus is responsible to ensure each of its employees, drivers, and workers receives orientation and training to his or her job duties, including specific safety requirements, prior to beginning the assignment. No employee, driver or worker of Star Limo Party Bus will be placed on equipment or instructed to perform duties for which they do not have the skill or training to perform safely.
WARNING. Since Star Limo offers high performance audio in the vehicle, sometimes heat and excessive use of all the power-operated equipment might subject to failure. This will not interfere with the safety of the vehicles and as a result have no effect on continuing or paying of the contracted trip. Star Limo Party Bus guarantees that all vehicles are constantly examined to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible.
Star Limo Party Bus agrees to send the requested vehicles as offered in the contract. We have the right to switch the vehicles in case of emergency breakdown or if the vehicles are damaged.
COMPLIANCE. Star Limo Party Bus reserves the right to terminate any contract for non-compliance with any of the above requests, especially if renters do not follow chauffeurs request in order to obey the rules in this contract. All of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without Star Limo Party Bus acceptance.
COVID 19. I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.
I further acknowledge that Star Limo Party Bus LLC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I further acknowledge that Star Limo Party Bus LLC cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, staff, party attendees or other guests.
I voluntarily seek services provided by Star Limo Party Bus LLC and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
AGREEMENT. I hereby release and agree to hold Star Limo Party Bus LLC harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of company, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Star Limo Party Bus LLC. I understand that this release discharges Star Limo Party Bus LLC from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the company with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Star Limo Party Bus LLC. This liability waiver and release extends to the company together with all owners, partners, and employees.
